Ganglion or bursa removal is surgical removal of a small ganglion cyst or bursa, common lumps that form near joints or tendons, done as day surgery, and it is available in Windhoek at Eastgate Clinic. A ganglion is a fluid-filled lump that often appears near the wrist or hand, while a bursa is a small fluid sac that can become swollen near a joint, and both can cause discomfort, restrict movement, or be a cosmetic concern when they grow. Surgery removes the lump when it is bothersome or has not resolved on its own.
