Pterygium or conjunctival cyst removal is a day-theatre eye procedure to remove a pterygium, a fleshy growth on the white of the eye, or a conjunctival cyst, and it is offered in Windhoek at Eastgate Clinic. A pterygium often develops from years of sun and wind exposure and can cause irritation, redness, or gradually affect vision as it grows toward the cornea, while a conjunctival cyst is a fluid-filled sac on the eye's surface.
